The French Immersion
students have lessons from 7:40-11:10 in Mrs. Keating's classroom (Room
30). Lessons include Reading, Language, AR Program, Daily Language
Review, Creative Writing, Daily Newspaper Activities, and Everyday Math
Counts. Mrs. Keating teaches afternoon Social Living
classes (Science/Social Studies) to all of the other
first grade classes.
The students come to French and have instruction in
Math, French Language, Social Living, which includes both Science and
Social Studies, Fine Arts, and Physical Education.
During the early morning hours, our fourth and
fifth grade immersion students are receiving English Language Arts
instruction with Madame Anderson.
